p.p.s. So Othala is that way - to start new beginning. It looks like Dagaz but with vertical energy flow - as a seed. It's joined Ying-Yan already (perfect rhombus, see, diamond formation), which is STILL under Earth (it's invisible), and just started greensprouting. Just look any studying film - how seed starts its growing - first - it roots.

Dagaz energy is ecstatic game of Ying and Yan energies. While Othala is their Fetus. Then it's clearly logic. Fehy so-unds quite similar, eh? :) And it even looks like a plant with first leaves. :)

>...and this is why I favor it as the final rune of the cycle, over any Dagaz-ending theories.<

You are absolutely right. Dagaz is like Olimpus mountain (see, Nirvana state, inother words). To make children Zeus often had to come down from Heavens to Earth. )))))
I am saying this with all due responsibility, having perfectly proportional Dagaz at the center of my both palms' lines.

That makes sense to me as I often wonder where my interest in writing and the metaphysical come from.

Definitely not from my adoptive family.

The ancestral stream is within us. It's in your DNA. You will have to learn to feel it. In a sense, it is a surrender of the ego, of one's stubborn ideas of 'individuality' and an embracing of the qualities that have been passed down.

In your case, being adopted as you say, you might have luck beginning your exploration with the qualities you have but can't explain in terms of what you might have learned or picked up from those that raised you.

I have drawn this today. I asked this today asking my new runes: 'What will you teach me?

Regarding the following passage:

You have several ancestral stream to explore before you find the one or two that are dominant in your blood. Identify your natural talents and explore the ancestral stream that would have contributed those talents to you. There is a spirit or breath that has been passed on to you from many sources as well as your genetic makeup.

I am adopted. How can I explore these ancestral streams? How would you recommend I approach this since I am unlikely to have any contact with my birth family.

Ancestral streams is going to important as my subconscious flagged it as significant for me.

Blessings, Stacey

I drew this rune from my bag last night,I had been to a friends wedding, which was hard, because I have just separated from my wife, and they were our joint friends.
When I first met her 12 years ago,I spoke about circles and cycles, now I feel the cycle is nearly complete. We promised we would let each other go if ever we were unhappy,so was unhappy,so I have to let her go.It's one of the hardest things I have ever done.Still in agony a month later.I will take solice in my Runes

i've always had this thing for this rune. Like i had a dream when i was younger that i was drawing a picture and it was there, obvious in the center. Then i had no idea what runes where then, but i ignored it and kept seeing it everywhere and final said, mkay, i will check this out. I realize what it means, but i feel like it means much more to me. I guess runes can mean differently to other people. This rune has been around with me for a while and i dont mind it.
I was just wondering more information about, because im always willing to have more knowledge about this.
Thanks, RC
